With the government decision more than 50 years ago in 1969, the groundwork for the trust’s activities was laid by the founding generation – the father of current owner and managing director Martin M. Wachter.
Today, the group of companies comprises SERCOR Treuhand Anstalt, SERATIO Treuunternehmen, which focuses on tax and legal advice, and SERMONT Asset Management as an asset management company and, at the same time, a fund management company for the ALTERITAS Fund.
